“I’m from out of state, Georgia to be exact and my dog became I’ll with a gastric issue. It was a Saturday morning prior to New Years and the doctor was booked and working alone. Though she was busy like 2 other larger practices that turned me down, she worked me in. Yes it isn’t a fancy place like the others may be but you won’t get the service and compassion like she gives. May I also STATE, she doesn’t gouge you like the others. My jaw dropped when I saw how little the bill was, plus she gave me several samples of GI foods to give my dog. If I lived within 50 miles of Main Street veterinary clinic I would go there in a heartbeat!“
“My name is Dr. Linda Dixon. I brought my cat Mitts to Dr. Weiss. First, he took my cat in when no one else could or would. He treated Mitts for hours and saved his life .My cat would have died by the end of the day. He had feline asthma and it was life threatening. Dr. Weiss even called me that night twice to check on Mitts; to give recommendations and to provide results of the xrays. It's rare to have a vet to have the level.of compassion, efficiency and professionalism that Dr. Weiss has. I highly recommend him. “Dr. Frederick, Dr. Whalin, and the entire team at Advanced Equine are knowledgeable, professional, and perhaps most importantly, compassionate. Today, my horse, Cruise Control (CC), had his annual exam, blood work, and recheck x-rays / hock injections to help treat his arthritis. David, Dr. Frederick's assistant, was very attentive to CC and helped to soothe him, while Dr. Frederick expertly treated him and reassured a nervous horse mom. I admire how dedicated Advanced Equine is to their patients and clients, and I am truly grateful to have them care for my large fur baby! “We have been going to West End since 2020 when my ferret Luna was diagnosed with adrenal disease, they took her condition seriously and did everything they could to assist Luna and us throughout the process. Dr. Santiago and her staff have always treated us and my ferret like family with the best care possible, and later my two french bulldogs we brought into the family. They always answered all of our questions and always got into contact with us to check up on Luna's condition after a procedure was done. I would not trust any other facility with my fur babies, West End truly cares about you and your pets.“
