“Bentley and I loved Otterkill. We did not wait for hours to get called and get our informations, right before we walking into the door we were immediately called. They were very informative about almost everything. Our vet tech, Gina, was very sweet towards my pup. They had little photoshoot with him since he is new. Overall they were all sweet and very nice. They gave Bentley puppy goodies as well❤️?“

“We've been bringing our fur babies here for over 20 years, and the front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The veterinarians and technicians have always been kind and attentive, and we've always felt our pets were in good hands.

The only thing we've noticed is that, over the past few years, the annual wellness exams seem a little less comprehensive than they used to be. We generally expect a yearly checkup to include things like checking the eyes, evaluating the joints, and an overall hands-on exam for anything unusual. Lately, the visits have seemed focused mainly on the ears, temperature, and bloodwork. That said, the staff is always happy to check anything you'd like looked at and is very thorough when doing so. It seems that some aspects of the exam that used to be routine are now performed upon request and that could just be a policy change.

Overall, we've had a wonderful experience over the years and would absolutely recommend them.“
