They were very informative about almost everything. Our vet tech, Gina, was very sweet towards my pup. They had little photoshoot with him since he is new. Overall they were all sweet and very nice. Today was the day every equine owner dreads when I had to make the decision to humanely euthanize my 30 yr old mare who has been in my life for 29 yrs. She is the matriarch of the herd and I wanted to allow the others to be present during her passing allowing them to witness and mourn. Dr. Lucia was understanding and accepting of this and worked efficiently to sedate our Boss mare and allow the heard to be present during her passing.
