“Absolutely wonderful experience! We brought our dog in after several weeks of limping, and I was very worried about what could be causing it. They got her in quickly, did X-rays right at the appointment, and gave us answers immediately. The care was thorough, compassionate, and reassuring, and the cost was less than half of the highest estimate we had received elsewhere. We left feeling incredibly relieved and grateful. Dr. Plumpton is the best!”
“The doctors are all great and have patience with my dog that is petrified when he's there. It's expensive, but most vets are now. My only complaint is the amount of time you have to wait when you try to call there for any reason. Usually on hold for at least 10 minutes or more and the fact that you need to sit in the car with your pet until they are ready to bring you in. An appt that is supposed to be at 6 will keep you waiting in your car till after 6:30 before you get called in.”
“Such a kind, thorough and helpful environment! The entire staff is always willing to answer questions and offer options.”
