They help you take care of your pet like family and will tell you straight when something you are doing may not be the most beneficial for your pet and give you alternatives. This place is unlike any other. They truly care about you and your furry family. Professional staff as well as the Veterinarians. They don't just order tests that are not needed. They use their expertise to assess and diagnose prior to going through any tests. They don't judge you if you wish to not go to extreme measures to extend the life of your pet. Dr. Bruck and staff very knowledgeable and caring. You are treated like a person and not like a number like in the larger clinics in the Syracuse area. Dr. Bruck accesses your pet without jumping to expensive tests and procedures that may not be needed. Cannot find a better place to care for your fur babies.
