I've been bringing my cats and ferrets here for a few years at least. My dog was going to another vet because he has a lot of anxiety and his previous doctor knew how he was. I didn't want to switch him over. Unfortunately his previous place wasn't reliable for getting a timely appointment when needed so I decided to switch him to LAHC because I've always been able to get appointments for my other pets when needed. I was anxious myself bringing him to a new place. He doesn't like other dogs and he gets really anxious when staff try to touch him. Good sized waiting room, conversational and knowledgeable staff people that want the best for pets and their owners! We took our dog there for years and I now have my two kittens as patients. The wait times also weren't too bad in the office

I was super impressed with this veterinarian health center for numerous reasons. First, they accommodated my schedule and got me a quick appointment for my kitten ; second, the check in was quick, staff was professional and super friendly. They also accommodated my request for another appointment within a week for my second kitten to be seen. Dr. Hagg was very nice and took very good care of my new kitten, was so patient with my anxiety of having new kittens again and answered all of my questions.
