“I called 5 separate vet hospitals to get our new kitten her free first visit the SPCA and vets provide. Marcellus was the only one who could/would take her, the woman who answered was extremely helpful and her first exam is scheduled!”
“The doctors are all great and have patience with my dog that is petrified when he's there. It's expensive, but most vets are now. My only complaint is the amount of time you have to wait when you try to call there for any reason. Usually on hold for at least 10 minutes or more and the fact that you need to sit in the car with your pet until they are ready to bring you in. An appt that is supposed to be at 6 will keep you waiting in your car till after 6:30 before you get called in.”
