The day after Christmas, they got my sick dog in immediately... Front end/reception staff very compassionate, and really listened to what I was saying. Dr. Lathrop is the most caring, knowledgable, patient, and understanding vet I've encountered. We ended up having to put our dog down after a very quick decline in her health, and the sympathy and compassion from everyone I talked to was helpful in the most difficult time. Highly recommend Liverpool Village Animal Hospital and Dr. Lathrop.
Dr. Lindley is really good with pets and people. She's super smart and great about answering questions and following up. Snoobs, our crazy gray Tabby, most importantly really likes her!
Best vet :)My kitty has been struggling with uncontrolled diabetes, but Dr. McCoy and Dr. Gupta have helped us so much. They are always willing to work with us financially but still make sure kitty gets the best care. We are so thankful for them.
