Thank you Dr. Skoglund for taking care of my precious Roxy for over 16 years. You have been nothing but nice, caring, and understanding towards my pain. I never felt like I was treated like a number or sold services that my Roxy didn't need. I am going to recommend to EVERYBODY that they go to you. I also want to thank your staff. I have been coming here for many years, as has my family. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably caring. I trust that my pets are getting the best care possible and I know that even when it's bad news I am given all options and the Dr's advice is what is best for my pet. Getting bad news is a pet parent's worst nightmare and it can cloud our judgment but they very kindly help you in your decision. Really great staff! Dr. Skoglund's office has always been kind and helpful. Every time one of our cats has to stay at the office, I know that they will get top treatment and care. As long as I am living in the Syracuse area, I will take my animals here.
