I brought a white vintage dress in with old underarm sweat stains and a blue stain on the sleeve- asked them to remove all stains from the dress in time for an event at the end of the week. They looked over the garmet and said they could remove the sweat stains but not a blue stain on the sleeve from ink, i said ok totally fine. There were no other stains mentioned as the dress was otherwise in tact.
When it was returned to me , the day before the event, They had clearly washed the top half as there was MASSIVE brown ring of debris/ stain around the mid section from soaking just the top half and not soaking the entire garmet. They denied that it was a new stain when...read full review

They are excellent! After my regular cleaners in the city closed, I have been struggling to find a dry cleaner in the neighborhood that I trust with my designer clothing. After they revitalized a sweater that I thought was absolutely done for, they have now fixed a cashmere coat that the design house said was unfixable. Everyone is super friendly and will work with your timeline. Highly recommend.
