Based on the reviews, Marta's Cleaners is a reliable and trustworthy business. The staff are kind, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful people. They are known for expert cleaning service and incredibly fast turnaround times for both wash & fold and dry cleaning. Everything is always ready when promised, if not sooner. They are miracle workers who can remove giant mustard stains from a formal dress and restore a vintage trench coat dropped in puke, making them look brand new. The prices are great. The tailoring and alterations services, including work by Franklin, are fantastic with fair prices and quick turnaround. Shirts look better and last longer. The team provides five-star service from the counter workers to the delivery guys. It is a neighborhood spot where customers feel taken care of and can trust them with their clothes. Highly recommended.
Having Marta’s as my neighborhood dry cleaner is A GAME CHANGER. They remember you when you walk in. It truly feels like you’re seeing friends when you pick up your clothes. I feel incredibly safe dropping off my clothing (expensive or not) every single time. And don’t get me started on Franklin’s alterations. He just gets it done!!!!!
