I am ashamed at how overdue this review is. My family suffered through an awful flood that wiped out an entire floor and most of our personal belongings. We dragged over 20 garbage bags filled with sopping wet clothing to their doorstep. Everything was clean and perfectly organized in 24 hours without a single item missing despite the intense chaos with which they were delivered. They even allowed us to store our things temporarily until things calmed down a bit at home. While I will never know for sure, I find it difficult to believe that what we were charged was a reflection of what our clothing actually weighed, as it was all completely drenched and hence heavier....read full review

Been using Driggs for wash/fold over 12 months and they misplaced a single sock in that period of time. Turn around is same day, but sometimes next day if they're backed up. Dry cleaning takes a bit longer to turn around (~3 days), but always comes back in great shape.They're consistent, courteous, and friendly.
