We’ve been bringing both of our cats here for a couple years now and the experience is always wonderful. They’re always gentle and accommodating and very transparent about treatment and costs before we commit to anything. Also, shoutout to Felicia, who is a cat whisperer all her own.
Upon arrival at 3:43/3:44pm. The receptionist Victoria was extremely rude. I received the text for 3:45 while I was in the office telling me I missed the appt. I let her know I was inside the office and she still refused to service my puppy. 5 minutes passed of her going back and forth with me , telling me 3:45 on the dot is late and I’m late although I told her I was inside the office. Finally she went to ask the doctor to see the puppy . At that time , more had passed due to the back and forth convo. She stated if they can see me I will have to pay a fee.
