Laya’s coat was quite tangled, but Lissie took incredible care in dematting her fur, making sure she was comfortable throughout the process. “Martin is really a genius with dogs. My dog is not always the best behaved and when we got a cat, I was worried that our house would forever be a battle zone. Martin stepped in and solved the problem. Now, although they don’t love each other, they can nap 2 feet from each other no problem. Martin is also the best in an emergency. There have been more times than I can count when something has come up and we have to leave quickly for a few days.
