Jason, Steph, and the team are fabulous - work with them! Me and my now 10 yr old pup came to GoDog after a particularly bad experience with a different company in the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights area. Upon connecting with GoDog, Jason met with us personally and eased my concerns with finding a new team of walkers. My dog was pretty distrustful and guarded early on, but the team was patient and kind, giving her plenty of time to grow more confident with the walks and them. This is overdue.. we moved to Brooklyn at the beginning of 2026. Chloe (my 10 yo spaniel mix) is a nervous dog and not one for change. Jason was first to stop by, say hello, give Chloe lots of treats and give us a detailed rundown of the program and got us started. David then took over as her regular walker. Needless to say, both have been fantastic. They have been patient with her, take safety very seriously, always communicate well and provide the best updates (my highlight of the day is reading them). Chloe quickly fell in to her new routine with gusto. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!
We love GoDoG and highly recommend them for dog walking and boarding. They have been walking and taking care of our dog for 8 years, since he was a puppy. Our dog loves all the walkers and when he gets to board, and looks forward to every walk. Everyone is super nice and we have total trust in them. Our dog is a handful and GoDoG minimizes all anxiety. A great part of the community.
