I find the scheduling and cancelling easy and quick through their app. Which works with my constantly changing shift work. It always gives me a smile when I see a mid day notification updating me on the walk with added pictures so I can see him. The entire process was very fast and professional, from me initially calling and having the meetup and scheduling done 3 days later. “Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day.

“I have been using Pawsability for over a year now, and they are undoubtedly the best dog care facility I have used. They exceed expectations in every category, and go above and beyond to make sure both the kiddos and parents are taken care of, while operating as a non profit which directly impacts members of the local community. A great indicator of how excellent they are is the lack of employee turnover, which is often an issue with other facilities. Not only is the daycare great, but having the onsite grooming is a game changer. I am truly grateful that Carmela and I have Pawsability.“

“Bov is incredible with the pets she grooms. She provides individual care and her facility isn’t an assembly line where multiple pets are being worked on at the same time. She is so patient with each pet and allows them to walk around and get comfortable with her. And when she’s grooming them, she allows the owner to stay with their pet to keep the pet comfortable. We originally brought our then 14 year old dog to her that had become very skittish with the grooming process due to his declining health. She was so wonderful with him that when we adopted two pomskies, she was our first choice for a groomer. One of our pomskies is very nervous and suffers from anxiety, and by the time she was done with him, he was giving her kisses and was very happy. In addition, she has a very accommodating schedule. I highly recommend Dog Bath and Beyond.“
