“I just have the courage to write a review about my Muffy experience at Puppy University!

Muffy was a client at Puppy University for two years while she was in town, and I truly cannot say enough about this place. They absolutely doted on Muffin and treated her like royalty.

The owner was always accommodating to our schedule, especially since we traveled often, and was very attentive—always asking detailed questions about Muffin’s health if he hadn’t seen her in a while. I never felt any anxiety dropping Muffin off, which says a lot.

One of the things that stood out most to me was their professionalism. At one point, Muffin had missed one of her shots, and as much as they loved her, they were firm in saying they could not take her. I respected that completely—it showed they were running a business that prioritizes the health and safety of all dogs.

I am so glad that my Muffy was part of their tribe. Muffin was the cutest Yorkie—she was sassy, full of personality, and lived a beautiful life, passing away at the age of 17.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional environment for their pet.“

“Kramer’s daycare evaluation “audition” at 33 Bond was only a few hours, but he seemed to have a great time! He enjoyed meeting new friends and had lots of fun playing with them. As his hooman, it’s just as important that I feel good about leaving my boy in a new place and the staff made me feel comfortable and confident that he was in good hands. The space has a good vibe and although we don’t currently have a need for daily daycare, we look forward to returning as a recurring guest!“

“Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day.

“I have been using Pawsability for over a year now, and they are undoubtedly the best dog care facility I have used. They exceed expectations in every category, and go above and beyond to make sure both the kiddos and parents are taken care of, while operating as a non profit which directly impacts members of the local community. A great indicator of how excellent they are is the lack of employee turnover, which is often an issue with other facilities. Not only is the daycare great, but having the onsite grooming is a game changer. I am truly grateful that Carmela and I have Pawsability.“

“We could not have asked for a better pet sitter! Nellie went above and beyond with all of our crazy requests (and we had a lot ?). She sent me SO many pictures and videos throughout her visits, which made me feel completely at ease while we were away. Communication was absolutely on point—super quick, clear, and thoughtful.

The best part? The night we came home, my two cats were literally sitting by the front door… waiting for HER. I was a tiny bit jealous (lol), but mostly just so happy knowing how loved and cared for they were. ? She truly treated them like her own.

“Bov is incredible with the pets she grooms. She provides individual care and her facility isn’t an assembly line where multiple pets are being worked on at the same time. She is so patient with each pet and allows them to walk around and get comfortable with her. And when she’s grooming them, she allows the owner to stay with their pet to keep the pet comfortable. We originally brought our then 14 year old dog to her that had become very skittish with the grooming process due to his declining health. She was so wonderful with him that when we adopted two pomskies, she was our first choice for a groomer. One of our pomskies is very nervous and suffers from anxiety, and by the time she was done with him, he was giving her kisses and was very happy. In addition, she has a very accommodating schedule. I highly recommend Dog Bath and Beyond.“

“I have a a velcro dog and have tried a few different daycares in the neighborhood...usually it’s a battle just to get him through the front door. I don’t know what magic the staff is performing here, but my dog can’t get away from me fast enough when we arrive. He absolutely loves it!
