I was very worried about my little guy while I'm at work. I work long hours and Jordans pet care has been a life saver. I find the scheduling and cancelling easy and quick through their app. Which works with my constantly changing shift work. It always gives me a smile when I see a mid day notification updating me on the walk with added pictures so I can see him. The entire process was very fast and professional, from me initially calling and having the meetup and scheduling done 3 days later. Overall while it's a pricey service you are getting the quality you are paying for. I really got the impression the staff and walker care about the animals they work with
