“I had a great experience with this groomer Danny! The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about my pet’s comfort. They took the time to ask questions about the style I wanted .

The grooming itself was excellent — clean, neat, and exactly what I asked for. My pet came back calm, happy, and looking amazing. I fell in love with my pup all over again .The salon was clean and well-organized, and the entire process was smooth from drop-off to pick-up.

“Kramer’s daycare evaluation “audition” at 33 Bond was only a few hours, but he seemed to have a great time! He enjoyed meeting new friends and had lots of fun playing with them. As his hooman, it’s just as important that I feel good about leaving my boy in a new place and the staff made me feel comfortable and confident that he was in good hands. The space has a good vibe and although we don’t currently have a need for daily daycare, we look forward to returning as a recurring guest!“

Not only is it impeccably clean and spacious, but they pay such close attention and show great care and kindness to all the dogs. Our dog cannot wait to return every time. One of my favorite things about HI-BK is everyone who works there really gets to know every dog personally. The owners are on-site; this is a mom and pop operation, not a corporate space. “I had a fantastic experience with Lissie, who groomed my Samoyed, Laya, after a week of boarding. Laya’s coat was quite tangled, but Lissie took incredible care in dematting her fur, making sure she was comfortable throughout the process. She also recommended an additional sanitary trim, which I really appreciated. Lissie is extremely detail-oriented and clearly takes pride in her work. Laya came back looking and feeling amazing!
