I can’t express how much Hi-Bk is a part of our family. I have been sending our amazing dog Tik Tak for over 3 years and he is always happy to get to daycare. He is not a rambunctious dog, and I love that they have dogs by temperament, not size since all small dogs are not the same! Beyond anything about the day to day - hi bk alerted us of medical situation that Tik Tak was having which led to an early diagnosis for a very serious condition - they literally added years to his life, not sure what more you can ask for from doggy daycare!
Hi-BK is the absolute best. The staff is friendly and reliable, their facility is clean, bright and cheerful, and they give loving attention to every dog. My dog Rio is an introvert, yet he still runs into the door with his tail wagging each week that we go. At pickup I always get a full report on what he did that day. We are moving from NY to California and will miss them. Thank you, Richmond and team, for such great care.
