“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Every single time Bruno comes home from his grooming appointment, he smells absolutely amazing, like fresh blueberries and the scent lasts so long. I always joke that Bruno walks out looking like he has a million bucks!

A huge shoutout to Stephanie for being so incredibly patient with him. Bruno can be a little jerk sometimes and absolutely hates being brushed, but she handles him with so much kindness and care. Somehow, he always leaves looking handsome, feeling great, and even with a smile on his face.

It’s such a relief knowing he’s in loving, capable hands every time we bring him in. The care, attention to detail, and customer service are truly top tier. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing groomer and spa for their fur babies!“

“Bov is incredible with the pets she grooms. She provides individual care and her facility isn’t an assembly line where multiple pets are being worked on at the same time. She is so patient with each pet and allows them to walk around and get comfortable with her. And when she’s grooming them, she allows the owner to stay with their pet to keep the pet comfortable. We originally brought our then 14 year old dog to her that had become very skittish with the grooming process due to his declining health. She was so wonderful with him that when we adopted two pomskies, she was our first choice for a groomer. One of our pomskies is very nervous and suffers from anxiety, and by the time she was done with him, he was giving her kisses and was very happy. In addition, she has a very accommodating schedule. I highly recommend Dog Bath and Beyond.“

It's obvious how much they love and care for every dog, but what really impressed us was how kind they were to our child. Our little one absolutely loves dogs, and the team took the time to interact, answer questions, and make the visit so special. They never made us feel rushed and genuinely created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It's rare to find people who care so much about both the animals and the people who visit. He had a yeast infection and she gave him a medicine bath and groomed him low plus treatment to the areas that were inflamed. I feel so blessed to have found her. “Pupculture Tribeca has been a life saver for me and my dogs with separation anxiety. The employees there love dogs and are very flexible and friendly - I’ve been a few minutes late to pick up a few times and everyone is kind about it. They are reliable - open even during snow storms!! And have long hours to accommodate work schedules. The groomers also do a great job.“

“I have been using Pupculture since Rocco was a pup he’s now 1 years old . The day care is great for him to socialize and he is exhausted when he comes home from all the playing . Pupculture sends me pics and videos of him through the course of his time there and clearly he is having fun . He is also groomed there and Fatima is the best . He always comes home even more handsome than when I left him .“

“We have only had the loveliest of experiences with this team. Our two Pomeranians - Birdie + Meeka - get so excited once they realize where we’re going. They genuinely love all of the staff there and we feel very comfortable and safe with leaving them with the team - Which is a big deal when you’re handing over your babies! It does feel like they treat them like their own. They’ve even talked us out of cutting them too short to preserve their gorgeous coats - a hot topic in our household because ((FUR!!)) 🤣
