They send the clothes out so it takes awhile to get anything done, but that would have been fine if it had been done properly. They took a clean but wrinkled dress I had asked to be dry cleaned and starched. They said they needed to inquire about starching but never called. When I called after 5 days to see what was going they said they had no idea but that it would be ready the next day. The dress was less wrinkled but still wrinkled enough that it will have to be redone. Still no answer about whether they could starch it. A lovely experience. I came here because of the reviews and they are true. The receptionist was nice. I got a discount as a first time customer. They have online features,( I didn’t use) but nice to know they are modern. They also got my chocolate stain out of my wool coat and scarf.Service: Organic dry cleaning
