I use out of pure convenience. They are inconsistent with prices and seemingly overcharge. The wife is rude and dismissive even when are respectful questioning how they arrive at an unposted price. I have caught charges or items they charged for that I already picked up and instead of apologizing or admitting the mistake she wants to be always right with customer service attitude. I have notified better business and there are more recent notifications. No problem with quality of work

TLDR: Amazing mom & pop shop that did same day delivery flawlessly.

They came in clutch with a last-minute same day service. I called in at 11 am. to ask if I could get a shirt and a dress cleaned and pick it up today. The woman on the phone told me yes but hurry hurry! I got there as fast as I could, and they took care of it flawlessly. The couple who run the place are amazing. The wife was very professional and in her zone. And the husband was very friendly and sweet. 10/10 would go again.

i use these guys for drop off wash and fold. they have a very quick turnaround time (24hrs or less) and the prices are a little higher than self service but it's more convenient and cheaper than other laundromat chains in park slope. For 29lbs of laundry (bedding and towels included) it costs $35
