We’ve been using Brooklyn Valet regularly for the past three years. They have always done a great job cleaning bespoke handmade suits, silk dresses, a white linen tablecloth. My shirts are lightly starched and crisp. My trousers always have a crisp single crease without railroading…which was a common complaint I’ve had with other dry cleaners. Very pleasant service. Any issues I’ve had have been minor…like trousers not being creased when they should have been…but they’ve always uh addressed it promptly without a fuss. I love this place and have been coming here for over a decade. I love the fact that it’s eco-friendly, staff is always so kind and helpful. They also do amazing work with repairs and alterations. Garments are always ready quickly and they are super organized.

So two weeks ago I accidentally ripped my FAVORITE shirt and I was heartbroken. I brought it in, hoping they could patch it and I could live with that. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! My shirt looks brand new, and you could NEVER tell that it was ever ripped. I’m truly blown away and I also love the people here!
