“Three cousins and I attended a relative’s funeral on Sunday at this funeral home. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to be told by a staff member that not only had we arrived too late for the viewing, but we had also missed the service, which had just concluded. Everyone had already left for the repass being held at a relative’s home. ?

Seeing how disappointed we were, the staff member kindly offered to arrange for us to view the body if we could wait a few minutes. We were all very thankful and had only praise for how our relative was prepared by the funeral home. This was, in my opinion, excellent all-around service, and I would highly recommend their services.?

It later came to light that a family member had mistakenly sent us a draft program listing a later time for the funeral service.?“
