“We needed to arrange for the cremation of a dear friend who passed with no immediate family whose approval was required under NYS law. After identifying an elderly aunt who was qualified to provide the necessary approval, Joseph G. Duffy took over and handled all the necessary communications and arrangements. We are very satisfied.“

“Three cousins and I attended a relative’s funeral on Sunday at this funeral home. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to be told by a staff member that not only had we arrived too late for the viewing, but we had also missed the service, which had just concluded. Everyone had already left for the repass being held at a relative’s home. ?

Seeing how disappointed we were, the staff member kindly offered to arrange for us to view the body if we could wait a few minutes. We were all very thankful and had only praise for how our relative was prepared by the funeral home.
