One of the staff had come down with Covid as were were in the midst of planning, and someone immediately stepped into his place. In particular, we want to thank Gregory Katz. His steady presence at the funeral itself--telling us what would happen, making sure we were safe, guiding us through the entire process--was an amazing source of support. Thank you to everyone for making a sad occasion easier.“
“Last week I got the worse call ever my sissy/cousin passed, I was devastated confused and lost, I live in Jersey and my family member lived in New York. I called so many different places in NY and was not satisfy with the way I was treated. Then I called here, wow!! The first 5 seconds of my conversation with Jennifer I knew this was the place. “This is based only on the initial interview of a "preplan" process and settling on what WILL happen. What DOES happen may be a different rating. But, Marie was terrific. Very personable, informative, and made something that's intrinsically scary into something both manageable and surprisingly easy. I was surprised at how affordable it was. And there was a "gotcha" involved in my case in the legal process that she identified and then provided a form to bypass that. Seriously, I could not have asked for anything better. Five star is real.“
