My wife died and I had no idea what I had to do. I walked over to Duffy's and they took care of picking up the body, processing the death certificate, arranging and transporting her to the crematorium and returning the ashes. From start to finish, I really felt that everything was going to go smoothly. And it did.
We needed to arrange for the cremation of a dear friend who passed with no immediate family whose approval was required under NYS law. After identifying an elderly aunt who was qualified to provide the necessary approval, Joseph G. Duffy took over and handled all the necessary communications and arrangements. We are very satisfied.
