My neighborhood’s local cleaners. Last week, I came with a cream trench coat and brown suede knee high boots for cleaning. I was very nervous about the boots because it’s real suede and I even messed them up myself trying to clean them on my own. I picked up my items today and couldn’t have been happier!!! The cream trench coat is as good as new, but surprisingly, so were the boots!!! Not only were they cleaned, but even the areas where I messed the boots up were corrected! I’m super happy with my items! Furthermore, the owner assisted me with placing my boots and trench coat in my little shopping cart and held the door for me as I exited. I've been bringing clothes there for a while. I work in the school close by for 18 years. I took my daughter's jacket to get a new zip, it was a double zip I wanted the same. He said they might not have it then tried to overcharge me! Because I told him about it he got an attitude! He told me he doesn't need my business I'm a part of that community and he will NEVER get my business again I don't recommend anyone to go there! No customer service! If he doesn't have respect for the people in the community he will have NO business!!!
