Had a wonderful experience! I have been looking for a good tailor for a while. I recently took a suit to Astro to be tailored with a quick turn-around and received the suit on-time, beautifully tailored, for a very reasonable cost. The customer service and care taken here is consistently great and I would highly recommend. Keep up the excellent work! 👏👏
The first business we utilized 11 years ago was Astro Dry Cleaners. Run by two very hardworking owners, the Kims pride themselves on efficient and careful service. They are reliable in getting your clothes clean and ready to go. Just lately, they cleaned paint off of my best winter jacket and even sewed the cuffs a bit to keep them in place without being asked. I dropped off 2 duvet covers with 4 pillow cases and one jumpsuit for dry cleaning. I dropped off the jumpsuit to get dry cleaned so I can wear it for a work holiday party.
The total for dry cleaning these 7 items came out to $119 which I thought was absurd. They did a good job with the dry cleaning but $119?! They charged separately for the pillow cases which were with the duvet cover. I should have done my due diligence and asked at another dry cleaner for pricing first.
A few weeks later I had a work party and I was saving the jumpsuit for the party. When I pulled out the jumpsuit out of the bag to wear it was missing a belt. This of course ruined my...read full review
