I’ve been going to Berry Cleaners for over 8 years now. It has always been super reliable for cleaning, laundry and alterations. I have never had anything lost or damaged and I’ve been approximately 200 times. But the prices have gone up to exorbitant rates. They’re not posted and become cost prohibitive. Therefore I lowered to 3 stars from 5. Purely based on costs.
But the tailor is amazing!
For alterations, hems, and tailoring this is the place to go in Williamsburg. In fact, this is where the folks at Suit Supply (around the corner) will tell you to go! Great service and fast - dry cleaning and alterations in just a few days.
Good service and seems to be an all-around solid operation. They delivered my cleaned items smoothly for no extra fee. Will likely use this business as my go-to from now on in Williamsburg.
