However, my most recent visit left me with some concerns because there were multiple groups of people using their phones to video chat and consume loud content and music in the pools.

I wanted to suggest creating rules against video chatting in the pool. At around 8 pm yesterday, there were more than five people video chatting in the infinity pool and it was very distracting.“
