To be honest, my experience with the laser treatment itself has been very good, and the results are definitely noticeable. The spa is also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The Arab woman who performs the treatment is very professional and does an excellent job. For that reason, I would recommend the place for the laser treatment.
However, there are several things regarding customer service and their policies that leave a lot to be desired. There have been many times when I’ve called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. On more than one occasion, I actually had to go to the spa in person just to schedule an appointment.
