I first started going to the spa to get my brows done and had a conversation about my nails with the tech I found her to be very polite, patient and informative. I chose to get my nails done sometime after that both hands and feet. I have had many manicures and pedicures but nothing like the attention and caring these techs give. The techs know what they are doing and pay attention to details at least that has been my experience. It is a very pleasant environment and very clean. They are a wonderful staff. LD-4881
I have been going to Ming for almost a year now. He keeps my nails flawless and is always on time for my appointments. I love the builder gel he uses. It keeps my nails from breaking all year long. Usually my nails break all winter but not anymore. And it’s not thick either it always looks so beautiful and elegant. They have a really great selection of gel colors, too. They have something for every mood.
I was a first time customer and went in for waxing services. The inside is nice. I was ultimately disappointed because the person providing the service was not clear about pricing. I ended up paying more than I expected. Also, a 15% gratuity was tacked on to the cost. I wasn't that impressed with the services because she was a bit rough with my face. I definitely would not have tipped 15%. Not the best first experience.
