Giovanna is amazing!! She's in an area of Gotham Nails. I got my first professional chemical facial peel done with her last week. She is very nice, very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. She used the 30% strength for me because my skin is sensitive. Everything she told me about the peel happened.The chemical peel itself felt like a bad sunburn in my opinion. It was peel, neutralizer, peel, neutralizer. She checked on me every step of the way on how it felt. She told me my face would "frost" and when I sat up and looked in the mirror, it did! I don't usually walk into any salon not a lot of people can manage my hair. But this salon was different I loved everything about my hair thanks to the owner. Prices are also really good! Will be back I love how soft and shiny she makes mine and my daughter hair
