“My mom suffered from cancer before she passed and did not look like herself. My siblings had decided to have a closed casket. Rich the funeral director assured us that his team would make her look like she did. When we arrived he stood in front of the casket and said my mom was a beautiful woman and it would be an injustice to have a closed casket but if we were not satisfied he would respect our wishes. The resemblance was uncanny and she looked as though she was asleep. They were very respectful and treated us like family. Guided us through every step and allowed us to grieve.
