Francine ( with ross-roden funeral services) is so on point and supportive. My friends mom passed and they planned to do the services here. She walked them through everything. They didn't feel pressured for anything. She answered all questions no matter how many. She worked in unison with the burial site. Unfortunately I've seen I lot of funerals planned and I must say Francine is the most thorough and thoughtful. She makes sure you understand everything going on through all your emotions. Professionalism on high!

My experience with East End Funeral Home was without a doubt worthy of 5 stars. Frank Cinquemani, the director, made me and my family feel completely at ease about the entire funeral/burial process. He was personable, supportive, extremely down to earth and made us feel like family. I can't praise him enough for his role in what was the hardest time in our lives. Thank you to Frank from the entire Haddad family.
