We had a leak from our shower upstairs going into our laundry room. I called Shai and without hesitation he said I am on my way home I will be right over. I think these are absolutely the best people! They know their product…they know how to repair vacuum cleaners…and one comes away from their store thinking they really enjoy (I even want to say “love”) their work! They are certainly good it!

They repaired my Electrolux vacuum efficiently and at a very fair cost. I needed my vacuum back in a couple of days and, once they had a sense of the problem, they went out of their way to help me with a quick turnaround. Indeed, the manager even stayed after she was planning on leaving for the day so I could go home with my now perfectly working machine.

I write very few reviews but I felt I had to for this business. If you live in Westchester County or the Bronx (as I do) and have an Electrolux vacuum cleaner — or want to get one — and want excellent service and enjoy being treated respectfully, this is your place! (Note: they’re also good teachers and want you to know your machine.)
