Cesar responded to voice mail within 45 minutes and came to our house later in the day. He brought the part he thought our Kenmore refrigerator would need (it had stopped cooling) and he was right. He installed the part and waited to ensure the refrigerator was cooling again, then thoroughly vacuumed the coils and mechanism. Meanwhile he installed a lid switch I had purchased on our washing machine. He was polite and professional and his price was fair. I can recommend him and will use him for future repairs or installations.
Cesar is wonderful to work with. We have called him for help multiple times. He is professional, arrives on time, is a hard worker, and well priced. He fixed our refrigerator, and fixed our washer and dryer. He has advised us how to keep the washer cleaner to cause less upkeep in the future. Finally, he is easy to communicate with. He sends text messages with arrival updates.
Cesar was great, easy to get a hold of, and able to get my dryer back in working order quickly. It’s also nice to work with a local repair person who’s knowledgeable and personable, rather than one of the big companies where you get lost or shuffled around.
