Leo is terrific, and such a nice guy. He's done a great job servicing our SubZero fridge twice now, including a pretty major repair this time. He was here the very morning after it broke---he called to let us know his ETA, and he arrived when he said he'd be here, not two hours later, not within a four-hour window like so many others so. We're so glad to be able to rely on him!
Great guys that are highly competent and professional! Really nothing else to say except they fixed our fridge on a major holiday and called the next day to follow up and make sure the repair was holding! Old school service with a smile by highly competent mechanics. Thanks Leo & Michael
My Viking fridge broke down Friday night and I contacted Top Appliances. Amazingly they came first thing Saturday morning. Mike and Leo was so polite and attentive. And more importantly fixed the issue very quickly!!I highly recommend dealing with them. Great people, great service. Outstanding.Thank you guys!
