“If I could give more than 5 stars I would, my key fob was inoperable, unable to start my car, I called aaa for assistance and received phone call from Joe asking what problem was. Everything he asked me to try , all over the phone, was not successful , but he would not give up, even suggesting maybe I’d need car towed to a dealer. Then he tried some more and finally the car started! Apparently I was the cause as I mistakenly had put the fob into programming mode , without Joe’s verbal assistance over the 1/2 hr I don’t know what I would of done, my review was the least I could do as this service call was all over the phone with no monetary compensation.“

“Great service and communication, reasonable fees and pricing. Just hired Twin Fork for a minor door handle repair. Very clear about cost of the service call and whatever else might be needed. Luckily, the tech had a very similar handle to replace the broken one. Although the tech thought he could fix it without issue, I opted for the handle replacement just to be sure. Charged a bit more for the part vs. if I bought it myself on Amazon etc, but they are a business, not a charity - and the small additional charge was more than fair and saved me the hassle of ordering a part and having them return to install that. Was very satisfied w Twin Forks and will certainly turn to them again for any future door lock issues.“

“Thanks to Jay for his honesty ..they had replaced a battery in my nonworking key fob at a hardware store.. it didn’t work and the owner told me there was something wrong with the fob.. Car dealer wanted almost $300 to replace,.. Jay at Keystone checked the key fob signal and said it was good , and battery had been put in incorrectly and was a dud anyway..he replaced it with one of his batteries and I ended up paying about $12..he could have charged me for a new key fob… he was honest and I am very grateful..!!“
