Fantastic company! Everyone was extremely helpful, from contacting them to getting the job done. I had a complicated vault opening. At least that is what everyone else I called said. It took Scott only 10 minutes to open! He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to open the safe so it doesn't happen again. I am incredibly grateful!

Thanks to Jay for his honesty ..they had replaced a battery in my nonworking key fob at a hardware store.. it didn’t work and the owner told me there was something wrong with the fob.. Car dealer wanted almost $300 to replace,.. Jay at Keystone checked the key fob signal and said it was good , and battery had been put in incorrectly and was a dud anyway..he replaced it with one of his batteries and I ended up paying about $12..he could have charged me for a new key fob… he was honest and I am very grateful..!!
