Really happy with the work done on my lock and door. Even though the price was extremely high, Stuart fixed not only the problem with my lock, but also what was causing the problem. I had a different locksmith fix this same problem years ago and now I know it is actually repaired, and not with a bandaid. Stuart really knows what he is doing, he worked quickly, and I am 100% happy with this job. You will get what you pay for.

All-around excellent workmanship and service. Technician Stuart was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and even assisted my family in configuring how many door locks we needed throughout our home and in which locations. I would recommend Assured to anyone without reservation!

The lock on my 1970s door was broken, and something about the door just didn’t work quite right with todays handlesets. Don had someone over to my house within the hour. Stuart arrived and was so nice and professional- he fixed all the problems with the door and replaced the new lock within minutes. It hasn’t worked this good since we bought the house! I am so pleased with the service and workmanship- I will definitely use them again in the future!
