Great experience. I had some really bad tightness in my shoulders and I feel so much better after Karen's massage. She's such a pro -- she noticed some other issues I hadn't even consciously picked up on despite the pain they were causing me, and addressed those too. Looking forward to returning.
Karen is amazing! I've been going to her on/ off for a few years. She's the reason my knee is better- after I did PT after my meniscus surgery, there was still chronic daily pain. I started going to Karen about once a week for a month or two (a few years ago) and my pain is gone! It already felt significantly better after the first visit. Karen's massages are truly therapeutic. They really do fix the problem. She does cupping if you want that also. Currently we're working on my shoulder/arm and it feels better after each visit.
