“I’m not one to typically write reviews unsolicitedly but omg! I’ve been going to another nail salon in the area but their customer service has been lacking. I just kept going because they are the cheapest in the area. Last night, they got their scheduling wrong and that was my last straw. I found Grace’s Nail on yelp. They were closing fairly soon so I called to see if they would take a walk in. She hesitated for just a moment then said “Sure! Why not!” in such a sweet tone. So I came by and as soon as I walked in I LOVED the atmosphere. I was greeted and sat right away. The clientele were all so nice and welcoming too. I was teetering between acrylic and SNS and Sonny was so patient with me and TOOK.HER.TIME! SHE WAS AMAZING. Shaped my nails BEAUTIFULLY and found the perfect match from my inspo photo. Even after they closed, Sonny did not start rushing. She continued to make sure mynails were perfect(which they are!). For a few bucks more, I’d much rather sit in a chair here and feel cared for than sit elsewhere and just feel like a dollar sign. $45 for SNS is still such a great deal though!“
