I've been to this clinic on a couple of occasions, and was always treated very well and very fairly. These are good honest people. I saw one negative review from someone stating that the clinic would not honor their prepaid multi- session package that was interrupted by covid.To me this didn't sound true, because I had the same issue with covid interrupting treatment and when I finally was able to resume my procedure some time later they didn't hesitate for one second to honor our original agreement . From my experience I never had a negative issue, and I can tell Dr. Samy Bai is a good man, I like these people. Thank you

I found Dr. Bai online, desperately seeking treatment for my post-pregnancy melasma. I'm currently undergoing PicoWay laser treatment; I'm on my second session and feel very hopeful and happy. I also had the amazing Ultherapy treatment. I always receive excellent service at the clinic; everyone is kind and very professional. The clinic is very hygienic and has a welcoming atmosphere.
I go to see them from Dominican Republic.
