“I am so glad that I found Elsa!!! She did my eyebrows so nicely, and exactly how I wanted it. I had my eyebrows done by a different eyebrow tech 5 years ago and although she did a good job, I overgrown the shape and was nervous in getting it done again. But then I found Elsa, did my research (pretty much just looked at her instagram photos lol) and I instantly knew she is the one. She is very accommodating and she listened to everything I requested for. I DM'd her on Instagram and I received a response almost immediately! When you enter her workshop, you will be asked to wash your hands and she will spray the bottom of your shoes as part of her COVID-19 precaution. The room is clean, welcoming and all the tools used were new and sealed. The procedure took about 2 hours as expected -- including the assessment and procedure. During the process, she made sure that I was ok and that I was not feeling any pain. I love the shape that she did for me -- something that I was very particular with. When you go back for your touch up, you will have a choice if you want your brows to be darker -- which I asked for because I had natural dark hair. She provided aftercare instructions and said I could message her anytime if I had any questions.I am so pleased with my experience and I am so happy with the service. Best $680 + tip spent! Gift uses fine microbladed hair strokes on the inner corners of the eyebrows graduating into microshading towards the tail. It gives a very natural look. "It's also great for me that I barely have eyebrow. They healed absolutely beautifully and I felt like my face was finally being framed how I wanted it to be. Came back again after 1 month healing to touch up. I feel like my brows are fully settled and look great with or without makeup. The shape is defined and the colour is lovely and natural. “I’m not one to typically write reviews unsolicitedly but omg! I’ve been going to another nail salon in the area but their customer service has been lacking. I just kept going because they are the cheapest in the area. Last night, they got their scheduling wrong and that was my last straw. I found Grace’s Nail on yelp. They were closing fairly soon so I called to see if they would take a walk in. She hesitated for just a moment then said “Sure! Why not!” in such a sweet tone. So I came by and as soon as I walked in I LOVED the atmosphere. I was greeted and sat right away. The clientele were all so nice and welcoming too. I was teetering between acrylic and SNS and Sonny was so patient with me and TOOK.HER.TIME! SHE WAS AMAZING. Shaped my nails BEAUTIFULLY and found the perfect match from my inspo photo. Even after they closed, Sonny did not start rushing. She continued to make sure mynails were perfect(which they are!). For a few bucks more, I’d much rather sit in a chair here and feel cared for than sit elsewhere and just feel like a dollar sign. $45 for SNS is still such a great deal though!“
