“Dale & Andrew serviced and cleaned our propane heater, and they did a great job. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The heater is now putting out wonderful heat, and the thermostat is working perfectly. We were very happy with the quality of their work and felt the price was very fair.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they arrived about 2½ hours later than expected, so we ended up waiting most of the morning and part of the afternoon. That said, once they arrived, the service was excellent and well worth it.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend them for propane heater service and repairs.”
“The whole experience with this company was first class. Sue the dispatcher kept us informed as to the tech’s arrival to Brandon who fixed our furnace and cleaned our dryer vent. Brandon was professional, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable and competent. Happy to be working with them after our old service provider closed. Highly recommended.”
