1220 NY-146, Clifton Park“I have been going to the Clifton Park Vent for almost a year now and I am enjoying my membership. The equipment is well maintained and the locker room is always clean. I have not tried any of the classes, so I can not speak to those. I usually arrive between 730am - 830am during the week and have yet to struggle finding open equipment to use which is nice. The other members are very respectful which creates a comfortable atmosphere. Staff is always cordial and helpful which I appreciate.“

This is unbelievable, my family can't catch a break something always goes wrong with my grandmother due to lack of attention and care from staff. They aren't listening to my family about the terrible care my grandmother gets. They can improve by hiring people who work correctly and not sleep on their overnight shifts. They should listen to families when there is an issue . They should stop taking in clients because they are so under staffed. the list goes on seriously. my grandmother was injured and they are doing nothing about it and their staff was asleep on the job.!!!!!“
