It is you and him alone which helps eliminate the awkwardness. Kevin really knows what he is talking about and is genuinely interested in helping you hit your goals. I really love that he starts from the ground up and helps you build a foundation to start from. I have been going to Kevin twice a week for a month and it has been the best experience. Kevin truly cares about your goals and takes the time to get you there. If you want a personal trainer who will take the time to understand you say you have a chronic illness or other issues; this is your man. He really truly cares and it is always fun with him!
