all metro cares about the money not your loved one.
This is unbelievable, my family can't catch a break something always goes wrong with my grandmother due to lack of attention and care from staff. They aren't listening to my family about the terrible care my grandmother gets.
They can improve by hiring people who work correctly and not sleep on their overnight shifts. They should listen to families when there is an issue . They should stop taking in clients because they are so under staffed.
the list goes on seriously. my grandmother was injured and they are doing nothing about it and their staff was asleep on the job.!!!!!

I don't write many google reviews, but wanted to write about how pleased I am with the Schenectady All Metro agency. I am the family advocate for my brain injured brother, Bob, who has round the clock aides (when not in program). He has two wonderful aides that smile and listen and laugh with him and he genuinely enjoys being with them. They really look out for him and improve the quality of his life tremendously. Over the years Bob has had an aide here and there that he didn't feel comfortable with. Every time that I have contacted the agency about such a matter, they have listened to me and made changes very quickly. I am so grateful to them for being so understanding… read full review
