“I lost heat Friday night. I called Hills Saturday morning and Erin was very helpful and explain details about my tankless hot water heater. He covered the cost to have someone come on the weekend which was very reasonable for a weekend service call. The technician showed up about 1 hour later and was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to restore the boiler. He also identified an issue that had occurred due to normal usage and had a replacement part for my boiler with him. The service was excellent, the quality of the work and the technician was excellent and the value was bar far excellent for a week end service call.
